Youth PROGRAM

Our youth leadership & development program builds confidence, instills discipline, and fosters a sense of responsibility. It integrates the fundamentals of martial arts, self-defense, and essential leadership skills. Your child will join other beginners to learn core techniques in a clean, safe, and structured environment. Alongside the foundations of jiu jitsu, Coach Guram  and Professor Arthur incorporate confidence-building activities into each class. This program is designed to empower youth with skills that extend beyond the mat, fostering confidence and leadership in everyday life.

Program includes:

> Access to all martial arts classes, including those tailored to beginners ages 4-13

> Custom Staley-Carlson Gracie gi and white belt (uniform)

> Staley water bottle

> Leadership worksheets & activities

Ages 4-7: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:10-5pm

Ages 8-13: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5pm

All ages: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 5pm

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) Fundamentals course is designed for beginners and those looking to refine their basic skills. This course covers essential techniques and principles of BJJ, focusing on self-defense, ground control, and submission strategies. Students will learn proper posture, movement, and grips, along with escapes, sweeps, and basic submissions. The course emphasizes safe and effective practice, ensuring a supportive environment for all participants. Whether you’re new to BJJ or seeking to solidify your foundation, our Adult Fundamentals BJJ course is the perfect starting point on your martial arts journey.
